To provide a fair shopping experience while maintaining strict hygiene standards for swimwear products, Yupova offers returns under the conditions described below.
This policy explains return eligibility, product requirements, refund procedures, and customer responsibilities.

1. Return Period
Yupova accepts return requests within:
30 Days After Delivery
The return period begins on the date your order is shown as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Customers must contact Yupova within this 30-day period to request a return authorization.
Returns requested after the 30-day period may not be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, all returned products must meet the following requirements:
Product Condition
The item must be:
- Only tried on indoors for size and fit checking
- Unworn beyond a fitting try-on
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- Undamaged
- In original condition
- Returned with original packaging and tags
Hygiene Requirements for Swimwear
Because swimwear is a personal-use garment, returned items must meet strict hygiene standards.
Yupova only accepts swimwear returns when the product:
✓ Has only been briefly tried on
✓ Has no body odor
✓ Has no perfume smell
✓ Has no detergent or washing smell
✓ Has no smoke smell
✓ Has no makeup marks
✓ Has no sunscreen or lotion residue
✓ Has no deodorant marks
✓ Has no sweat stains
✓ Has no pet hair
✓ Has no signs of swimming or outdoor use
Products with any noticeable odor or signs of use cannot be accepted for return.
This requirement protects the health, safety, and shopping experience of all Yupova customers.
3. Swimwear Fitting Try-On Policy
We understand customers may need to check the fit before deciding whether to keep their swimsuit.
Yupova allows customers to:
- Try on swimwear indoors
- Check size and comfort
- Confirm style and fit
However, swimwear must not be:
- Worn in swimming pools
- Used in the ocean
- Worn during exercise
- Worn outdoors
- Used for photoshoots
- Worn for extended periods
Once a swimsuit has been used beyond a fitting try-on, it cannot be returned.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items that have been worn
- Items used in water activities
- Items with any odor
- Items with stains or marks
- Items with missing tags
- Items without original packaging
- Washed products
- Modified or repaired products
- Damaged products caused by improper handling
- Returns sent without prior approval
For hygiene reasons, Yupova reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
5. Return Request Process
Before sending any item back, customers must contact Yupova customer service.

- Customer name
- Email address used for purchase
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product condition if requested

7. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when the return is caused by:
- Wrong size selection
- Personal preference change
- Style preference change
- Ordering multiple sizes for fitting
- No longer wanting the product
The original shipping fee, if paid, may not be refundable.
Yupova Responsibility
Yupova will assist with return costs or solutions when:
- The wrong item was shipped
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- The product arrived damaged
- The order contains missing items
Customers must contact us before returning defective or incorrect products.
8. Product Inspection After Return
After receiving your returned item, Yupova will inspect:
- Product condition
- Hygiene condition
- Tags and packaging
- Signs of wear or use
Inspection usually takes:

After inspection is completed, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.
9. Refund Process
Once your return is approved:

Please note that banks and payment platforms may require additional time to display the refunded amount.

- Missing product tags
- Minor damage
- Signs of handling beyond normal try-on
If the product cannot be resold due to hygiene concerns or product condition, a refund may be denied.
11. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
- Missing from your order

- Description of the issue
- Photos of the item
- Photos of packaging if applicable

12. Order Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders can only be cancelled before they enter the fulfillment or shipping process.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer available.
